Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Citi Auto Parts, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure operational efficiency and fairness to all customers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


⚠ All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

All parts sold by Citi Auto Parts are considered final sale. Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The part received is incorrect (does not match order details)
  • The part is physically damaged upon delivery
  • The part fails to meet verified fitment criteria

Note: We do not guarantee mileage on used parts.

No exceptions will be made outside of these conditions.

📄 Mandatory Authorization (RMA Required)

No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).


⏱ Strict Return Timeframe

  • RMA requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Once approved, items must be returned within 7 business days
  • Returns outside this timeframe will be automatically rejected

💰 Restocking Fees (Strictly Enforced)

100% Restocking Fee + All Shipping Charges

Applies to:

  • Order refusal
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by customer
  • Failed delivery attempts

Up to 30% Restocking Fee + Shipping

Applies to:

  • Approved warranty returns
  • Items returned in non-original condition

📦 Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must:

  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Not be installed, modified, or altered
  • Include all original components

Items that show signs of installation, damage, or modification will not qualify for refunds.


🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A valid tracking number must be provided
  • Citi Auto Parts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

🔎 Inspection & Approval Process

All returned parts are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Approval is at the sole discretion of Citi Auto Parts.

  • Refunds or replacements may be denied if conditions are not met
  • Additional restocking or inspection fees may apply

💳 Refund Policy

  • Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances
  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are inspected and approved
  • Payment processing and transaction fees may be deducted
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days

🔁 Replacement Policy

Replacement parts are subject to availability.

  • Price differences are outside the control of Citi Auto Parts
  • If replacement cost increases, the customer is responsible for the difference

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo evidence of the part and packaging is required
  • Failure to provide proof may result in claim denial

🚛 Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Shipping and delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and depend on third-party carriers.

  • Carrier delays are outside the control of Citi Auto Parts
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • Shipping damage is not covered by Citi Auto Parts

❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed or shipped.

Approved cancellations (if applicable) will incur:

  • 30% restocking fee
  • Shipping charges
  • Payment processing fees
