We proudly ship to Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs requirements.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may require additional freight charges due to long-distance transportation costs. Liftgate service charges may also apply.


♻ Core Charges

In most cases, CITI AUTO PARTS does not require a core charge. However, certain suppliers may require:

  • 🔁 Return of your old part (core)
  • 💲 A refundable core charge

If a core charge applies, our sales team will inform you before finalizing your order.


📍 Changing Your Shipping Address

Once an order is placed, address changes may be limited. In some cases we may allow a change from a residential address to a commercial address within the same local area.

If your order has already shipped, the carrier may charge an additional fee to change the address.


🏗 Freight Deliveries (Large Parts)

Large parts such as engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and axles are delivered via LTL freight carriers.

Residential Deliveries

  • 📞 Carrier usually calls 1–2 days before delivery
  • 👤 Someone 18 years or older must be present
  • 🔧 Liftgate service may be required

Commercial Deliveries

Deliveries to businesses are typically made during normal business hours, though the carrier may still contact you to schedule delivery.


⚠ Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused at delivery, the part will be returned to the supplier. Refunds may be issued minus the original freight cost and return shipping charges+ 50% restocking fee.


📦 Return Shipping

If you need to return a part, you may use major shipping carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight

We strongly recommend insuring the package to protect against damage during return transit.

🚛 Shipping Damage Disclaimer

All orders shipped by CITI AUTO PARTS are carefully packaged and inspected before leaving our facility or supplier. However, once the shipment is handed over to the freight carrier or shipping company, the responsibility for safe transport transfers to the carrier.

CITI AUTO PARTS is not responsible for damage caused during transit by shipping or freight companies.

  • Customers should inspect the shipment carefully at the time of delivery.
  • If any visible damage to the package or pallet is noticed, please note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Taking photos of the damaged packaging and product is strongly recommended.
  • Damage claims must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately.

If you experience shipping damage, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
